DESCRIPTION:Music X\n\n\nMusic X aims to innovate new music technology\, explore new music consumption scenarios\, inspire musicians\, music lovers\, and content producers to explore future music life\, lowering the barriers for playing with music. \n  \n \nThese elements made Music X a huge hit last year. In 2024\, the Music X area featured nearly 40 industry-leading brands – including ACE Studio\, Antelope Audio\, MIDIPLUS\, Dreamtonics\, and Adam Audio – covering everything from synthesizers and effects to audio interfaces and other cutting-edge audio products. Building on that success\, Music China 2025 promises an even larger showcase of music technology innovations. \n \nThe heart of Music X is the X Stage – a high-profile platform hosting multi-dimensional events designed for both professionals and entry-level enthusiasts. Throughout the show\, this stage will feature new product launches\, live demos\, masterclasses\, and product roadshows\, bringing innovations to life in front of the audience. Companies can even take the stage to introduce their latest products or ideas\, making for an exciting\, interactive showcase. \n \nParticipants from last year’s event had great things to say about their Music X experience: \nFrom my observation\, I see unlimited potential in these products. They empower everyone who loves to create and perform music to make truly expressive sounds in any way they want. SUMMARY:MIDI Innovation Awards 2025 at The Kakehashi Foundation
DESCRIPTION:Artware hub\nFounder Ikutaro Kakehashi established the new “Artware hub” with the aim of creating a “live space where people can experience live sounds created by electronic technology.” \nThis event will feature demonstrations of both MIDI 2.0 products\,  a technical talk from AMEI and MIDI Association developers and demonstrations of the winner of the 2025 MIDI Innovation Awards. \nThis event is not open to the public\, but we will cover it in an article as soon as we return from Japan.

Online access gives you real-time access to GameSoundCon sessions\, live text chat and more. Both in-person and online attendees can watch sessions they missed for up to 6 months after GameSoundCon. \nCasual to AAA\, big studio to indie — For composers\, sound designers\, dialogue specialists\, researchers\, educators and others who want to keep up with the cutting edge in video game sound\, music\, dialogue and technology. \nTopics include: \n\n\nVideo Game Music Composition \n\n\nGame Sound Design \n\n\nTechnology \n\n\nBusiness/Career \n\n\nVirtual/Mixed Reality Audio \n\n\nDialogue/Performance \n\n\nInteractive Audio Research \n\n\nLudomusicology and the study of game music and sound \n\n\nTutorials \n\n\nGame Music and Sound Design Education \n\n\n\n\nGameSoundCon believes that Music Education fills an essential role in a child’s education as well as their community. Too often school music programs are underfunded\, especially in low-income school districts. Since 2020\, GameSoundCon have donated more than $100\,000 to Education Through Music – Los Angeles (ETM-LA) to support in-school music education among under-resourcedLos Angeles communities. \nIn 2025\, GameSoundCon will continue this tradition and donate $20 for each GameSoundCon ticket sold to ETM-LA. \nAlmost all GameSoundCon sessions are recorded for later viewing. However\, sessions listed as “roundtable discussions” are not recorded or livestreamed.
