                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I've scoured the internet and managed to find a single copy.  It is an iso file.  You can simply mount it in modern versions of Windows to view the contents or run the installer (though it may not actually run in newer Windows versions).  I installed it in my Windows 98 virtual machine and confirmed that it is a working full install and is fully functional.  It actually doesn't sound as "modern" as I had imagined, but will definitely give you what you are looking for if this is the version you were previously working with.</p>
